The mental side is spot on what Allen says.
I thought about it and yeah!
However, If I want one for a naughty smoko, I will. But having no packets around doesn’t bother me at all. But continue whole book to condition your mind back to normal as I can live with the tiniest tips from Allen are enough to make me be a non smoker . Peace out
